Our Return Policy
It is our highest aim to provide the best quality products for our customers and to make sure they are fully satisfied with their purchase.
We only accept returns on non-customized epoxy table tops. This is why we provide many pictures and videos of our products during the entire creation process, before the purchase takes place, so that our clients know exactly what they are getting and are happy with the final outcome prior to payment.
Sawmill Creative Designs only accepts returns to non-custom items that have been cosmetically damaged in transit.
1. If you are not fully satisfied with your epoxy table top, you may return it within 30 days in RESELLABLE condition for a refund of the purchase price, less a 20% re-stocking charge.
2. You must pay for the return shipping. I do not refund original shipping costs.
3. You MUST call for a return authorization before retuning any furniture.
